Hello, hello! My name is Trashy! Or you can call me Kaylin, if you prefer. It is a pleasure to meet you, and I hope we can work together in the near future!I have been drawing off-and-on for 25+ years and coding for the last 15 or so. Adoptable Designs T.O.S.

By purchasing a design, you agree to the terms provided in my Terms of Service, and you also agree to the below terms.All designs will have a Toyhou.se associated with them. These are not to be deleted for any reason, nor should the designer ever be changed. If you do not have a Toyhou.se, I can provide you with a code for free.On other websites, you must credit me in the caption of the images I provide you of the design. A link to my Carrd is preferred.You cannot claim the original design as your own creation.You are not required to credit me every time the design is used; however, I do like to see them used, so feel free to tag me if you wish.You are not allowed to trace, copy, heavily reference, or otherwise steal the design. If you have not expressly been given ownership of the design, you have no right to use it.Once you have been given ownership of the design, it is yours to change as you see fit, sell/trade/gift to whoever you want, etc.Proper credit will be given to the artist of any bases I use for adopts. I expect you to acknowledge and credit the artist where those images are used.

Paid Adopts

All sales are FINAL. You cannot return or request a refund.However, you may not sell designs for more than you purchased the design for, unless other art you have purchased is included in the sale. Please do not try to profit from work you did not do.

Gifted/Traded Adopts

If you received a design as a gift, from me or someone else, the design loses its monetary value. You may then only sell the design for the value of art you have purchased for it. Again, please do not try to profit from work you did not do.

Commercial Use

Commercial Use is a $10 fee for any design; this includes the original design image only.Or, you can pay a $60 Commercial Use fee; this includes the original design image and a full body, symmetrical, flat color nude reference with a few desired changes/additions.

Base T.O.S.

By purchasing/downloading a base, you agree to the terms provided in my Terms of Service, and you also agree to the below terms.You are required to credit me every time the base is used. A link to my Carrd is preferred, or on Toyhou.se simply credit trashykins_base for the base used.You cannot claim the original lines as your own creation.You are not allowed to copy, heavily reference, or otherwise steal the base.Edits and additions to my lines are fine, but I must still be properly credited.My bases may not be used for distributional commercial works, such as (but not limited to) shirts, stickers, prints, etc.

Pay To Use Bases

All base sales are FINAL. You cannot request a refund.You may not sell or share my base with anyone who has not purchased it themselves. Please link them back to the shop page so that they may purchase it.Pay to Use Bases may be used for personal works, adopts, YCH, and Custom Adopt Commissions, with proper credit.

Free To Use Bases

You may not share my base with anyone who has not downloaded it themselves. Please link them back to the download page so that they can download it there, and I can keep track of interest. (The more interest shown in F2U bases, the more I create.)Free to Use Bases may be used for personal works and adopts. Please contact Trashy to purchase YCH & Custom Adopt Commission rights.

Not Safe for Work

All reference sheets come with a flat color, full body nude version. These models will be fitted with flat black underwear.
If you would like the version without underwear, an I.D. check is required. I will not risk creating pieces involving nudity or sexual situations for minors.
If you cannot/will not provide proof of age, you will only receive the version with flat black underwear.

Other Info

You will receive transparent and basic background versions of your sheet. This will include all models and features agreed upon, as well as a color swatches.
