By purchasing a design, you agree to the terms provided in my Terms of Service, and you also agree to the below terms.All sales are FINAL. You cannot return or request a refund.You must credit me in the caption of the images I provide you of the design. A link to my Carrd is preferred. On Toyhou.se, credit Trashykins for the design.You cannot claim the original design as your own creation. Once you have been given ownership of the design, you may alter it to your heart's content, but I must remain credited for the original design.You are not required to credit me every time the design is used; however, I do like to see them used, so feel free to tag me if you wish.You are not allowed to trace, copy, heavily reference, or otherwise steal the design. If you have not expressly been given ownership of the design, you have no right to use it.Proper credit will be given to the artist of any bases I use for adopts. I expect you to acknowledge and credit the artist where those images are used.You may not sell a design for more than you purchased it for, unless additional art you have purchased or created is included in the sale. Please do not try to profit from work you did not do.If you received a design as a gift, from me or someone else, the design loses its monetary value. You may then only sell the design for the value of art you have purchased and created for it. Again, please do not try to profit from work you did not do and did not pay for.

Commercial Use

Commercial Use is a $10 fee for any design; this includes the original design image only.Or, you can pay a $60 Commercial Use fee; this includes the original design image and a full body, symmetrical, flat color nude reference with a few desired changes/additions.

Tracing the lines so the brush styles match, editing lines to better suit what you're doing, and additions to my lines are fine, but I must still be properly credited.You are not allowed to copy, heavily reference, or otherwise steal the base.Bases may be used for personal works and gifts. Monetized Licenses for adopt, YCH, and Custom Adopt Commission use can be purchased for an additional fee.My bases may not be used for distributional commercial works, such as (but not limited to) shirts, stickers, prints, etc.
